One of the first things we usually advise a new client to do is to undertake a Media Process Review. This is the quickest and simplest way to improve the performance of your media.

The Media Process Review evaluates how well you are currently working with your media agencies by looking at people, processes and communications systems. We will address areas such as the standard of briefing, agency strategies, media agency systems, the implementation planning process, the level of cooperation between client and agencies, and the approach to buying, monitoring and maintenance.

The best results occur when you have a close cooperative relationship with your agencies based on mutual respect. We use the Media Process Review to develop such a relationship.
